My name is Tom Graneau, a licensed life insurance agent, certified financial educator and consultant (NFEC), veteran, and author. I also hold a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration and a master’s degree in organizational management.

With my education, I would like to tell you that my financial situation has been flawless. But that hasn’t been the case. Over the years, I’ve made some of the same financial mistakes that have led countless people into financial ruin - excessive debt, little or no savings, home foreclosure, and other financial complications. 

Yet, I believe that despite our unfortunate past (bad judgments, mistakes, failures, etc.) and even our present circumstances, we can become successful. This is especially true regarding money or personal finance. 

As someone who has struggled with money issues, I’m driven to excel financially and help others do the same. I believe that learning about hindrances to financial success and overcoming them is how to get ahead economically. 

More recently, I’ve realized how important life insurance is in helping individuals, families, and business owners overcome some of the financial hurdles we face in this country. I believe everyone should have a life insurance policy that can be used to grow wealth and build tax-free retirement income.
